I was introduced to Ecstatic Breathwork via limited time free access.  I loved it so much I bought the course and then proceeded to listen to the 5 days (plus extra day) over and over for six months straight.  I came to love hearing the same messages over and over and I loved the music and the container that it created which opened up space to breathe more deeply every day.  It felt like a kick start to life – a burst of oxygen to rekindle life.  I completely recommend this course.  It is an inexpensive, fun and inspiring introduction and ongoing experience of breathwork and I believe that this practice has transformed my life.
